IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PARTICIPANTS

By paying a deposit, completing a booking, or otherwise confirming participation in the retreat, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and consented to all terms, policies, declarations, and risk acknowledgements contained within this agreement in their entirety.

PART I: TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. THE QUEEN'S PLEASURES RETREAT

The Queen's Pleasures Egypt Retreat is a curated spiritual, ceremonial, cultural and wellbeing experience which may include accommodation, group gatherings, teachings, ceremonies, excursions, cultural experiences, temple visits, transportation and internal travel within Egypt.

The precise itinerary, accommodation, activities and services will be communicated to Participants as part of the retreat information.

The retreat is an experiential and spiritual/wellbeing programme. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Queen's Pleasures does not provide medical treatment, medical advice, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment or counselling, and does not guarantee any particular physical, psychological, emotional or spiritual outcome.

2. BOOKING AND CONTRACT

Your booking becomes confirmed when Queen's Pleasures has received the required deposit and accepted your booking.

By booking, you confirm that:
• You are legally capable of entering into this agreement;
• All information supplied by you is accurate and complete;
• You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions; and
• You understand the nature of the retreat and your responsibilities as a Participant.

A booking is personal to the Participant unless Queen's Pleasures agrees otherwise in writing.

3. US$2,222 DEPOSIT

A US$2,222 deposit is required to secure a place on the retreat.

The deposit is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The deposit is not refundable merely because the Participant:

• Changes their mind;
• Becomes unable or unwilling to travel;
• Cannot obtain leave from work;
• Cannot obtain a visa;
• Has an issue with their passport or travel documentation;
• Cannot obtain travel insurance;
• Misses a flight;
• Becomes ill;
• Experiences a personal, family, financial or professional circumstance;
• Decides not to attend;
• Arrives late; or
• Leaves the retreat early.

Deposit Transfer: Where a Participant does not attend, Queen's Pleasures may, at its discretion, permit the US$2,222 deposit to be transferred as a credit towards a future Queen's Pleasures Retreat.

The credit:

• Is not a cash refund and cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Cannot be transferred to another person unless agreed in writing;
• Is subject to availability and may be subject to any difference in the price of the future retreat; and
• Must be used within 12 months of the original retreat date.

Nothing in this clause removes any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. BALANCE AND PAYMENT

The remaining retreat balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at booking. Queen's Pleasures may cancel a booking where required payments are not received by the applicable deadline, subject to applicable law.

5. MANDATORY TRAVEL INSURANCE

Comprehensive travel insurance is an absolute condition of participation. You must obtain and maintain appropriate travel insurance covering the entire period from departure from your home country until your return home.

Your insurance should include appropriate cover for:

• Emergency medical expenses & hospital treatment;
• Medical evacuation and repatriation;
• Cancellation and curtailment;
• Missed or delayed transportation;
• Loss, theft or damage to baggage and personal belongings;
• Travel interruption;
• Personal liability; and
• Activities or excursions included in the retreat.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your insurance provides sufficient cover for your individual circumstances and disclosing pre-existing medical conditions to your insurer. Queen's Pleasures does not provide insurance and is not your insurer. Queen's Pleasures may request evidence of appropriate insurance before the retreat. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in participation being refused to the extent permitted by law.

6. PASSPORTS, VISAS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess all documentation required to enter, remain in and leave Egypt.

Your passport must comply with the requirements applicable to your nationality and should have at least six months' validity beyond the applicable date of entry into Egypt, or such longer period as may be required by the relevant authorities.

You are responsible for obtaining any visa, electronic authorisation, vaccination documentation or other travel documentation required for your nationality and circumstances. Queen's Pleasures does not guarantee that any Participant will be admitted into Egypt or any other country.

7. INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS

Unless expressly stated otherwise in your booking confirmation, international flights to and from Egypt are not included in the retreat price.

You are responsible for booking flights, checking schedules, arriving on time, complying with airline requirements, checking baggage allowances, ensuring your name matches your passport, and paying airline charges or amendment costs. Queen's Pleasures is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, missed connections, lost baggage or denied boarding except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8. INTERNAL TRAVEL — LUXOR TEMPLE INITIATION

The retreat includes or may include internal travel within Egypt as part of the Temple Initiation phase in Luxor. Where internal air travel is included, Queen's Pleasures will coordinate and book the relevant flight on your behalf.

You must provide all requested information accurately and within the deadline communicated by the itinerary team (typically approximately three months before the retreat). Information required may include: full legal name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, passport expiry date, contact details, emergency contact information, flight information, and baggage requirements.

Additional costs resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or late information supplied by you may be your responsibility, to the extent permitted by law.

9. HEALTH AND FITNESS

You are responsible for determining whether you are medically and physically able to participate. The retreat may involve walking, stairs, uneven surfaces, heat, changes in climate, transportation, excursions, temple visits, unfamiliar food and other physical or environmental conditions. 10. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

In an emergency, you authorise Queen's Pleasures and its representatives to take reasonable steps to obtain emergency assistance on your behalf (including contacting emergency services, medical professionals, hospitals, insurers and emergency contacts). Queen's Pleasures may require a Participant to leave the retreat without liability for onward travel expenses if their conduct presents a serious risk or breach.

16. ASSUMPTION OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

You acknowledge that international travel and participation in a retreat involve inherent risks. You voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for reasonable decisions concerning your own health, safety, possessions and conduct.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

25. COMPLAINTS

Problems should be brought to the attention of Queen's Pleasures or its representative as soon as reasonably possible to provide an opportunity to address the matter.

26. GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY
