Shipping policy

Currently, all orders have a 50 day processing time, depending on order volume and extenuating circumstances outside of The Queen’s Pleasures control such as natural disasters or disrupted local or international delivery chains. 

After the processing is complete, the package will be shipped by Royal Mail UK. All orders come with tracked shipping, to ensure both the customer and business can easily track any order. Once the package ships, you will be able to paste your tracking number into the Royal Mail UK Tracking website, which will then give you an estimated arrival date.

Shipping is a competitive flat rate of £4.20 GBP for the United Kingdom, £7.55 for Europe, £11.50 for the USA and other regions. All prices are in United Kingdom Pound Sterling (GBP).

If the order is taken on the website for individual oils you would pay via the website, however if you contact our company for wholesale pricing, we may deliver directly if you are in London, UK,  and instead of paying via website we will organise a payment link for multiple oils and all conditions are exactly the same irrespective of the way of ordering. You will not be able to refund your order but will be credited the same amount for The Queen’s Pleasure products as per our terms set out on this website.
