Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product we do not accept any refunds as it is not possible to know if the product was opened. 

If your product gets lost in transit and you have proof we will honour a customer gift voucher to the same amount so you can reorder. We track our deliveries and want to ensure you receive your product in perfect condition.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted; on items OR readings and sessions. All sales are final; including no cancellation orders. No retroactive refunds for discounts or discount codes are honoured - all sales are final. 

Exceptions, if approved, will be refunded to store credit (gift card/voucher). 

Please be sure you checkout with the items needed/wanted as anything 'accidentally' ordered will not receive a refund. 

No refunds for broken or damaged products are permitted. 

If a wrong address was given at checkout or you do not pick up the package, the package will most likely be returned to The Queen’s Pleasures as a 'Return to Sender' package from the post office. If this occurs, absolutely no kind of refund will be made; no exceptions. As a result, please ensure the address you use at checkout is correct. 

Lost or stolen packages will also not be refunded or replaced. You have 48 hours from the time of marked successful delivery to notify us at inarra@thequeenspleasures.com, with photographic evidence, that a purchased item is missing from your order.
